The Silver Iris is a 1952 vintage Budd Company car that was build for the CB&Q and ran on the American Royal zephyr overnight between Chicago and Kansas City. It was in San Antonio for the American Association of Private Railroad Car Owners, Inc. (AARPCO) Texas Special Train.
